CITY Cleaning Services was incorporated in 1981. Today we are the leading privately Kiwi owned contract cleaning service provider in New Zealand with offices in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. We deliver cleaning services across New Zealand.

Senior Management Team
Lance is the founder and active Executive Director of CITY Cleaning Services Limited. He has been in the cleaning industry for over 40 years and is mentor to his senior management team. Lance is member of the CITY Cleaning Services Board and is responsible for the overall governance of the company.
Chief Executive Officer
Craig White has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for CITY Cleaning Services. Craig holds a Degree in Business and has over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry. As the former General Manager Operations he has extensive experience in operations, management and staff development.
General Manager HR & Compliance
Mike has a law background and has extensive experience in the HR/HSE space, the most recent of which have been in the Property Services industry. Mike is responsible for ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Equal Employment Opportunity, Industrial Relations, and other legislative requirements or corporate policies and procedures.
Selena has a background in legal services, software implementation and administration management. After a 15 year career in the legal sector Selena joined CITY Cleaning in 2010 and is responsible for internal ITC, quality systems, bid management, marketing, contract management and client services.
Northern Regional Manager
Gary Lawton is CITY Cleaning Services Northern Regional Manager. Gary has extensive experience in the facilities industry and has been a contracts manager for over 10 years. Gary heads a team of 12 account managers. His key responsibilities include Large Project Management, Subcontractor Management, Financial Control, Mobilisation and Transition Management. Gary is experienced in providing services to corporates, leisure, educational and commercial facilities.
