This is evident by:

- Willingly undertaking duties outside the specifications.
- Our willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate special requirements for example; flooding of premises, major event cleaning, clean-up following building damage.
- City Cleaning Services obtaining referrals from clients.

Knowing that if the client is ever unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning service, the client will tell us immediately, knowing that the client will receive a positive response.
Auckland Council
We have served Auckland Council since 1996. Our relationship with the Council is one of our proudest achievements.
Kiwirail
City Cleaning has cleaned for Kiwirail nationwide since 2014. We undertake carriage cleaning, office cleaning and depots throughout New Zealand.
Unitec - Auckland
We have served Unitec since January 2009. City Cleaning Services covers all three sites and the acommodation buildings.
University of Auckland
We have cleaned the University of Auckland since 2002. Starting as a partial site contract we moved to a full site contract in 2009 servicing the 44 buildings at the University with 50 fill-time staff, including day workers.
