The Heart of City Cleaning

Behind every clean, workplace are the people who make it happen. Our 700-plus staff are the heart of City Cleaning — a team of dedicated individuals who take pride in doing the job right, every time.

From Site Cleaners and Supervisors to Account Managers and Operations Leaders, every person plays a vital role in delivering the quality, consistency, and care that our clients depend on. When we invest in our people, we’re investing in better results for everyone.

Each team member receives site-specific training before starting work, covering everything from health and safety and chemical handling to infection control and security procedures. We also provide regular refreshers, leadership development, and performance reviews. Many of our staff have been with us for years — some for decades — building careers they’re proud of and providing our clients with familiar faces who know their sites inside out.

CEO

Graeme leads City Cleaning with a clear strategic vision, ensuring our people, systems, and values work together to deliver exceptional service nationwide. His focus is on driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence for our clients across New Zealand.

Regional Manager – Central & Canterbury
