Behind every clean, workplace are the people who make it happen. Our 700-plus staff are the heart of City Cleaning — a team of dedicated individuals who take pride in doing the job right, every time.
From Site Cleaners and Supervisors to Account Managers and Operations Leaders, every person plays a vital role in delivering the quality, consistency, and care that our clients depend on. When we invest in our people, we’re investing in better results for everyone.
Each team member receives site-specific training before starting work, covering everything from health and safety and chemical handling to infection control and security procedures. We also provide regular refreshers, leadership development, and performance reviews. Many of our staff have been with us for years — some for decades — building careers they’re proud of and providing our clients with familiar faces who know their sites inside out.

NZ Sales & Relationship Director

Regional Manager – Central & Canterbury

Cameron McNab
Regional Manager – Auckland
Cameron leads Auckland’s cleaning operations, ensuring large-scale contracts run efficiently and safely. He’s committed to quality service, clear communication, and maintaining strong relationships across every client site.
Jason White
Regional Manager – Northern
Jason manages City Cleaning’s Northern region, coordinating teams across Northland. He ensures consistent, high-standard cleaning performance and trusted partnerships built on reliability, accountability, and open communication.
Stephan Schultheis
Estimator
Stephan prepares detailed cost estimates and proposals for new and existing contracts, combining technical knowledge and precision to design efficient, tailored cleaning solutions that deliver value for every client.
Shawn Gyde
Electrical Maintenance
Shawn oversees electrical maintenance and compliance across all City Cleaning sites, ensuring equipment safety, reliability, and operational efficiency through proactive servicing and effective technical support.
