Supporting Our People
Our people are at the heart of what we do. We provide stable employment, fair pay, and equal opportunities for over 700 staff across New Zealand.
We’re one of the few cleaning companies that pay our team weekly. We understand many of our people budget week to week, so this helps them manage their finances with confidence and stability.
Training and development are built into every role, helping our teams grow their skills and confidence. We prioritise wellbeing and respect in the workplace — making sure every person feels valued, supported, and safe.
We also celebrate the diversity of our workforce. Our team represents a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, and we’re proud to foster an inclusive environment where everyone belongs.

Strengthening Local Communities
As a New Zealand–owned company, we’re proud to give back to the communities where we work. We employ locally, buy locally, and partner with NZ suppliers — helping keep jobs and investment in our regions.
Beyond our day-to-day work, we support initiatives that make a real difference, from local schools and community projects to national charities. One organisation we’re especially proud to back is Nurturing Families, a charity providing essential resources and support to whānau in need.
Founded by Tayla Nasmith at just 12 years old, Nurturing Families now helps hundreds of New Zealand families each month. Their mission — ensuring every child and caregiver has the chance to thrive — aligns perfectly with our values of care, responsibility, and community.

Our accreditations — including Toitū Enviromark Diamond, Toitika, SiteWise Green, and Impac PreQual 5-Star — demonstrate that our commitments aren’t just promises, but verified performance standards we live by.

Environmental Responsibility
Environmental care is central to our responsibility. Through our certified Environmental Management System, we reduce waste, lower emissions, and use sustainable products wherever possible.
We help clients reach their own environmental and ESG goals by implementing recycling programmes, using eco-friendly consumables, and tracking measurable progress toward greener outcomes.
