Location:

Dunedin, Otago/Southland


Job Type:

Full-time (Permanent)

You'll manage key client accounts, lead site teams, and drive service excellence across multiple locations.

 

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll spend significant time on-site, coaching supervisors, building client relationships, and solving operational challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day cleaning duties will include (but aren’t limited to):

Lead and develop site supervisors and cleaning teams across the Otago/Southland region
 

Build strong client partnerships and act as the primary point of contact across our southern clients
 

Oversee service delivery, quality standards, and contract compliance
 

Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance
 

Control account budgets, timesheets, and operational costs
 

Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities
 

Ensure full health, safety, and environmental compliance
 

Support new contract implementations and operational transitions

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in account management or operational leadership (cleaning, facilities management, or service industries preferred)

 

Track record of successfully managing multi-site teams

 

Strong organisational and time-management capabilities

 

Excellent communication skills — you'll deal with everyone from cleaners to CEOs

 

Solid understanding of NZ health and safety requirements

 

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

 

Full Class 1 NZ driver licence and legal right to work in NZ

 

Willingness to travel regularly across the Otago/Southland region
