Our Senior Management Team
Lance is the founder and active Executive Director of CITY Cleaning Services Limited. He has been in the cleaning industry for over 40 years and is mentor to his senior management team. As managing director of City Cleaning until 2015 Lance has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial and operational requirements of the company.
Chief Executive Officer
Craig has worked in the cleaning industry since 1999. Over his tenure he has successfully managed relationships with more than 200 customers at 500 sites. As General Manager of Operations until 2015 when he was appointed CEO he has extensive operational capability and in depth knowledge of the contractual relationships within the organisation. His key responsibilities include actively leading and developing the management staff and encourages an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance and personal success. He additionally has been responsible for succession planning to ensure key personnel positions are filled at all times and is experienced in all aspects of financial and operational management.
Selena has a background in legal services, software implementation and administration management. After a 15 year career in the legal sector Selena joined CITY Cleaning in 2010 and is responsible for client service delivery, quality systems, contracts and tenders and bid management. Selena is additionally responsible for internal ITC systems, managing the sales team and engaging company suppliers. Selena’s client-centric approach to customer service ensure that CITY Cleaning clients have quality standards met and a point of contact for escalation.
Shane has had an extensive career in the service sector general management over 30 + years the last 8 years with City Cleaning. His experience in the environmental consultancy field has him well equipped to lead City Cleaning Services in their environmental goals and processes. This coupled with his experience managing large multi- site operational functions including employee staffed and contractor workforces within a variety of organisations including NZ Couriers, NZ Post, Medical Practices and professional services, has equipped him with significant experience in HR and HSE compliance. Shane has completed the New Zealand Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (levels 3 and 4).
Transitional Manager & Business Development Manager
Stephan has been in the cleaning industry for over 3 decades. As a former owner/operator he has extensive experience with cleaning large contracts and the operational requirements. He has over 7 years managing Wellington City Council Parks and toilet cleaning portfolio 110 sites throughout Wellington. Stephan is the current BDM and is responsible for transition, implementation & management of all contracts.
